If a child attending Fixation Academy of Performing Arts requires medication of any kind, their parent or carer must complete a Permission to administer medicine form in advance

FAPA recognises the utmost importance of a staff, volunteers, student and member’s physical and emotional wellbeing and therefore has the duty to ensure a safe environment for every member.

Fixation Academy of Performing Arts (FAPA) is committed to ensuring that all students and members participating in any of our classes/projects/holiday camps have a positive and rewarding experience.

Fixation Academy of Performing Arts will make every effort to keep the Academy / Holiday Club open, but in exceptional circumstances, we may need to close at short notice. 

We are required to have transparency on the way we collate, store and use any personal information pertaining to members, employees, volunteers and their families.
